Review-Checklist
When reviewing new guides, check whether they meet our standards:
- Inform, don’t preach – The guide should equip people with information without pushing them. Everyone can decide for themselves which tools are right.
- At least 3 alternatives – When recommending alternatives, at least 3 options should be offered with their respective pros and cons.
- Prefer decentralization – Federated and decentralized systems should be preferred over centralized solutions.
- Multiple difficulty levels – The guide should be accessible to different skill levels (from easy to advanced).
- Focus on independence – Concentrated on tools with privacy and digital control.
- Clear structure – Step-by-step instructions are easy to follow.
- Practical value – Provides real value when switching.
- Current information – Links and details are up-to-date.
