Guide Format

Our guides include:

  • Title – Catchy name of the alternative
  • Description – Brief overview of why the alternative is worth switching to
  • Category – What category does it address? (Email, Browser, Messaging, etc.)
  • Time Needed - How long does the switch take?
  • Accessibility – On a scale of ‘very easy’, ‘easy’, ‘moderate’, and ‘for enthusiasts’
  • What you’ll need – What is needed?
  • Steps – Step-by-step walkthrough
  • What you gain – Features and benefits after switching
  • Go further – Optional advanced steps for those who want more

How to Submit Your Guide

  1. Log in to the admin panel
  2. Go to “Guides” → “Create New Guide”
  3. Fill in all fields
  4. Optionally upload an image (you can also use an existing image)
  5. Submit your guide for review

Review Process

  • Our team reviews your guide
  • You’ll receive feedback and possible improvement suggestions
  • We’ll typically work together with you on improvements to ensure it meets our quality standards
  • After approval, it will be published
