What is Codeberg Translate?
Codeberg Translate is an online translation platform that makes it easy for anyone to contribute translations without technical knowledge. No coding experience needed!
Use your browser to translate website text: short userinterface texts, pagetext and content like guides. Every improvement helps, even if you only add some missing sentences or if you fix translations.
Getting Started
- Visit our Codeberg Translate project
- Create an account
- Choose a language – Choose the language you want to translate to. You can add new languages in Codeberg Translate, if that language is not being translated for yet.
- Start translating – Complete missing translations
If your language is missing
All logged in users can add a new language in Codeberg Translate. You can immediately start translating thereafter.
What happens afterwards?
Codeberg Translate collects the translations and automatically suggests them to the website project. The team reviews the changes and accepts them.
New languages will not be shown on diday.org immediately. We review them manually and will usually add them to the website if they are approximately 90% translated. That means, you can always translate; the language will become visible if enough content has been translated and reviewed.
